1. Provide the “Smoke School Services” specified herein for each of the following two (2) smoke school seasons for in-person certification: a. March and April; and b. September and October; or c. Virtual On-Demand (every six months) 2. Furnish (as applicable) all personnel (i.e. instructors), resources, training sites, equipment (to include headsets for virtual training), materials, supplies and incidentals etc., necessary to provide the “Smoke School Services” specified herein, and in response to, this RFP during each of the two (2) smoke school seasons for in-person certification or virtual on-demand, to include, but not limited to: mailing, processing and distributing announcement letters, course registrations and certifications. 3. Be available to offer expert testimony for any administrative hearing or litigation case involving EPA Method 9 or ALT or certification procedures for DEQ staff, at no cost to DEQ. 4. (*Shall) Maintain all documentation and equipment necessary and in accordance with, EPA Method 9 or ALT - Visual Determination of the Opacity of Emissions from Stationary Sources (40 CFR 60, Appendix A)
