The Contractor shall furnish such manpower, materials, facilities and equipment and shall work such hours, including night shifts, overtime operations and Sundays and holidays, as may be necessary to ensure the performance of the Work within the Milestone and Completion dates specified in the Owner-Contractor Agreement. If it becomes apparent to the Owner that the Work will not be Completed within required Milestone or Completion dates, the Contractor agrees that it will assume full responsibility to take some or all of the following actions, at no additional cost to the Owner, in order to ensure, in the opinion of the Owner, that the Contractor will comply with all Milestone and Completion date requirements: 4.12.1.1 Increase manpower, materials, crafts, equipment and facilities; 4.12.1.2 Increase the number of hours per shift, shifts per day, days per week, or any combination of the foregoing; and 4.12.1.3 Reschedule activities to achieve maximum practical concurrency of accomplishment of activities.
