Zone I - HRT Wetlands a. Routine mowing of lawn areas to 2.5 inches, (2.5”), once a week during peak season and once a month during non-peak seasons. b. Fall cut back from meadow area to top of bank around wetland to 6 inches high, (6”), (DO NOT CUT DOWN WETLANDS PLANTS). Visit the site and define limits of cutting prior to commencement of work. c. Remove dead grass and debris from shell pathway. d. Treat and remove weeds from shell pathway when requested. e. Repair damage to geo-fabric and cover with shells at shell pathway when requested. f. Cut back the meadow area on the West side of the Ballentine Blvd. to 6 inches, (6”), high, (entrance to the community), once a year, in the winter. Zone II - Grandy Village Learning Center a. Fall cut back of the meadow area in front of the Learning Center to 6 inches, (6”). b. Routine mowing of the grass areas behind the Learning Center and adjacent to the pathways to 2.5 inches, (2.5”), once every week during peak season and once a month during non-peak season. c. Treat and remove weeds in all mulched beds concurrent with mowing. d. Add new mulch as necessary to maintain required depth. e. Treat and remove weeds and debris from shell pathways. f. Cut down and remove dead trees when requested. g. Clean trench drains that parallel sidewalks when requested. h. Cut back weeds adjacent to and under the pier when requested. i. When requested, cut back and treat Phargmities along the river, (DO NOT CUT DOWN WETLANDS PLANTS), visit the site and define limits of cutting prior to commencement of work). j. Kill and remove weeds from the kayak launch area when requested. k. Maintain Aluminum edging adjacent to shell pathways. l. Add additional shells to pathways when requested...
