The selected vendor shall provide secure, compliant, and efficient shredding services for LCPS, ensuring full adherence to applicable government standards for the destruction of sensitive and confidential information. These services will support the LCPS’ data security, privacy, and environmental sustainability initiatives. LCPS would like to have this service done six (6) times per year. 3.2 Special Requirement: The contractor shall provide scheduled and on-demand shredding services for paper documents and, when required, electronic media (e.g., CDs, hard drives, USB devices). Services must include the provision of locked containers, secure pickup, and shredding either on-site or off-site, depending on LCPS needs.
