i. The Contractor will monitor all applicable short-term rental websites used for short-term rentals in the City of Norfolk. This can include, but is not limited to, Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, etc. ii. The Contractor will provide on-demand reports, in map and database format, of all active short-term rental units located in Norfolk, including those that are registered and not registered. Reports will be able to be organized by property, not by listing. The supplied reports will provide the following information: 1. Property address 2. Compliance status 3. Contact information of Owner or Property Manager 4. Rental type (Homestay, Vacation Rental, Hotel, etc.) 5. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms at the property 6. Listing URL 7. How long the property has been listed online 8. Number of bedrooms available for rent and the maximum number of guests permitted 9. Rental activity during the current and prior months 10. Screenshots of active listings iii. The Contractor will not contact property owners/managers/renters. Notification of violations will be handled by the City.
