The County seeks proposals to remove loose or damage pinning of the bricks of the Sheriffs/Jail building and repaint them , Repair loose or rotten underboard and freeze boards, replace and paint fascia boards around the building to best match the historical features of the building .Replace gutters that are damaged along with the downspouts so that water will be diverted away from the building. Seal up any voids that could potentially allow water or wind to enter the building. The contractor awarded this job must ensure that the site will be cleaned up daily and all construction waste material of the job upon completion be removed from site. This RFP is only for repairs of the description listed above and does not include any equipment or supplies.
