9.1. All counts are +/-. Contractors are responsible for exact count on all items. 9.1.1.Sixty-three (63) sinks with fixtures in those countertops that will need to be replaced. 9.1.2. Sixty-Four (64) toilets with flush valves 9.1.3. One (1) faucet with eyewash station 9.1.4. One (1) Wall mounted wash fountain 9.1.5. Twenty-Six (26) sinks with fixtures 9.1.6. Twenty-three (23) Urinals with flush valves 9.1.7. Two (2) ADA toilets with flush valves 9.1.8. Two (2) ADA sinks with fixtures 9.2. Fixture Details: Toilets are to be white 1.6 gpf, sinks are to be white porcelain or stainless matched as close to original as possible, urinals are to be white porcelain, all fixtures are to be chrome / stainless finish. Flush valves are to be Sloan G2, Class room faucets and bubblers are to be matched as close to original as possible manufactured by either T&S Brass or Chicago Faucets and ADA compliant where required. Mop sink faucets are to be matched as close to original as possible and manufactured by either T&S Brass or Chicago Faucets. Water fountains / bottle fillers are to be manufactured by Oasis or Elkay. Student restroom faucets are to be metering and ADA compliant chrome / stainless finish manufactured by Chicago faucets or T&S brass. Staff / Adult restroom faucets are to wrist blade style chrome/stainless finish manufactured by Chicago Faucets or T&S Brass and ADA compliant. 9.3. Pipe/ Valve Details: Any copper domestic water line that is removed shall be replaced with copper type L. All supply line/ zone shut off valves shall be lead free brass or stainless-steel ball valves. All fittings shall be copper, lead-free brass or stainless steel. All fixture supply lines shall be braided stainless steel. All stops are to be chrome/ stainless finish, loose key style, high quality similar to Chicago faucet STB series. 9.4. DWV Details: All under sink traps are to be 17-gauge chrome finish, all pvc pipe is to be schedule 40, ADA compliant pipe wrap to be installed under all applicable sinks. 9.5. Install Details: Flush Valves: Existing flush valves are to be removed and disposed of properly offsite, new flush valves are to be installed including all new components beginning with the stop and continuing to the toilet or urinal. Chrome finish on all exposed parts including needed trim rings. Faucets: Existing faucets are to be removed and disposed of, new faucets are to be installed including all new components beginning with the stop and continuing to the faucet. Chrome / stainless finish on all exposed parts.
