A. Line 1- Massanutten Parking lot: 1. Contractor Shall repair existing surface of roadway and surrounding parking spaces. 2. Scratch existing potholes. Mill tie-in joints. 3. As necessary add stone to bring to existing height, crown and compact. 4. Apply a liquid asphalt tack coat and overlay with 2 inches of SM 9.5 surface mix. 5. Shoulder work should ensure a smooth transition to grass edge, concrete walkways, or concrete pads where applicable with shoulder stone. 6. Roadway should be crowned and graded to improve drainage and runoff. 7. Remarking of parking space lines. B. Line 2- Driveway to Massanutten Parking Lot: 1.
