1. The Successful Offeror shall provide a SIP Trunking solution. 2. The Successful Offeror shall offer assistance with configuration, SIP Trunk registration, and ongoing troubleshooting. 3. The Successful Offeror’s SIP Trunking solution must provide access to 911 emergency services (including compliance with E911, Kari’s law, and Ray Baum’s Act). 4. The Successful Offeror’s Concurrent Call Path service plan shall include local and domestic long distance calling to include all 50 States and United States Territories (i.e., US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and Northern Mariana Islands). 5. The Successful Offeror shall provide a Service Level Agreement guaranteeing uptime of 99.99% uptime or higher. 6. The Successful Offeror shall offer 24/7 monitoring, support, and alerting for service disruptions.
