The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as “VDOT”) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to perform Septic Tank Maintenance (Pumping Service) for the Jamestown Scotland Ferry Facility located at 16289 Rolfe Highway, Surry, VA 23883. The contractor shall furnish all transportation, labor,supervision, equipment, tools, parts and materials as necessary to pump theseptic tank and clean the pump tank and floats as required and totransport and disposeof wastewater. All work shall be in compliance with regulations set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standards (OSHA), Virginia's Occupational Safety andHealth Compliance Program(VOSH), Virginia Department ofEnvironmental Quality (DEQ), Virginia Departmentof Health (VDH), Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles(DMV) and any other federal,state or local regulations that may apply.
