Campbell County is soliciting bid for the construction of a 103,000— square foot pre-engineered metal building to provide a single shell unit that will be further fit out once the building or space has been purchased / leased by others. The initial construction of the individual space will be based on the design as summarized below: Building and Pad: Campbell County (CC) proposes constructing a 500'x200', 100,000 SF pre-engineered metal shell building with a 100'x 30', 3,000 SF for office use space which in total will serve as an industrial space designed to accommodate a single business for a total of 103,000 SF of new shell building construction. The new construction will be situated on a gravel pad ready for future installation of 4" to 6" concrete slab located on Lot J & K (7.83 acres) in the Seneca Park Industrial Park in Rustburg, Virginia. The site has been prepared pad-ready for the construction of the new shell building.
