Specifications include, but are not limited to:Qualified security contractors (“the Contractor”) shall provide repairs/maintenance of electronic security systems and equipment on an on-call basis, provide installation of new security systems for small construction projects, replace existing systems and equipment and provide additions/enhancements to existing systems. The Contractor shall provide “turnkey” services for the types of systems/equipment specified herein. The Contractor shall be required to coordinate work activities with the Office of Security Management (OSM), Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office (CSO), Capital Projects Management (CPM), Information Systems Technology (IST) and other applicable County departments as well as Chesterfield County Public Schools (CCPS)
