Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Successful offeror shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to coordinate and provide all security services, including but not limited to: unarmed security guard services. 2.The successful offeror shall have at a minimum five (5) years’ experience in providing security services to institutions of higher education or an agency of similar size to those requested in this solicitation. 3.The successful offeror shall have a field supervisor located within thirty (30) minutes of the requesting college in the event a quick response is needed. 4.The successful offeror shall have off-site supervisors conduct weekly or monthly security inspections of all shifts. The requesting college will determine the frequency of the security inspections. A copy of the inspections shall be provided to the requesting college. The security inspections shall be documented on the visitors’ log and/or daily security service report/log. 5.The security personnel on duty shall submit a daily report to the requesting college before leaving campus. Reports for weekends and holidays shall be submitted on the next business day. 6.The successful offeror shall provide a security plan designed specifically for the requesting college, if requested by the college. This plan shall be approved by the requesting college and shall become the guidelines to be utilized by the security officer(s) while on duty.
