Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish one or more contract(s) through competitive negotiations for the purchase of all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items necessary to provide unarmed security services which includes but not limited to observing, reporting, and providing surveillance sufficient to provide deterrence, detection, and protection against breaches of the peace, disruptive activities, damages, vandalism, and loss from theft. The VCCS invites any qualified offerors to respond to this RFP by submitting a proposal for such work, services, and/or items consistent with the terms and conditions set forth herein
