The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to procure Security Guard Services for the Agency for Workforce Innovation, Caldwell Building, 107 East Madison Street, Tallahassee, Florida. The Security Guard/Officer employed by the Contractor under this contract must meet the following requirements: Must be licensed by the State of Florida to perform security services and each Security Guard/Officer utilized shall have a minimum of two years experience in a security position at a minimum, in accordance with Section 493 of the Florida Statutes. Must submit a copy of their State of Florida business license from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, annually to the Agency' s Contract Manager, listed in Section C.2 of this ITB. Must have a Class " D" license in accordance with Section 493 of the Florida Statutes.
