A. The awarded bidder shall provide a minimum of three day’s notice to Eastern State Hospital to schedule delivery and installation. The point-of-contact will be listed on the purchase order and associated contract. This solicitation is only for the acquisition and service repairs of the requested specifications. B. Replace the latches on the five gates at the three recreation areas including light commercial strap hinges and weld-on industrial fulcrum latches with appropriate adjustments to the gates. C. Provide and install non-climbable mesh and panels on the four areas at the interiors of the recreation fences in the courtyard areas of Bldg. 2 units 3AB and 4 AB. This should match the existing style and product currently in place. D. Apply Loctite 271 to all the bolts on recreation area fences at 3AB, 4AB, and 5A and check and apply Loctite 271 to all bolts that have failed or were intentionally left uncoated on the perimeter fencing and gates E. Apply Loctite 271 to all the bolts on recreation area fences at 3AB, 4AB, and 5A and check and apply Loctite 271 to all bolts that have failed or were intentionally left uncoated on the perimeter fencing and gates.
