Specifications include, but are not limited to: acquisition, installation and support of security camera surveillance systems for all of our facilities in Planning District 16. Related services are to include consultation, installation, maintenance, training and support; A. RACSB is seeking one unified, secure system with the intention of the standardization of the security cameras; B. Centralized management and maintenance across multiple locations; C. Role based access control; D. Active Directory integration; E. Full featured end-user client application; F. Privacy masks available on all cameras; G. Video surveillance systems should include a Digital Video Recorder (DVR) with the ability to save and reproduce clips to share. Each location should have its own DVR and the capability to store ninety (90) days of video data. DVRs should be capable of being accessed remotely over the RACSB network; H. Biannual inspection, adjustments, cleaning and lubrication as required to maintain and test the operations of the equipment; I. Training and information on changes, normal operations and functions of the systems including all newly installed parts. Schematics and/or service manuals and program software shall be provided for any newly installed system/parts; J. Ability to come on-site to all facility locations.
