Specifications include, but are not limited to: adding an entry door and secure access entry to a waiting room at Rockfish Elementary School. This work shall include new doors and door hardware with electric locks. All security features shall be coordinated with the Nelson County Security Control Contractor.; 1. The Project consists of demolition and new work at the Nelson County Rockfish Elementary School. Selective demolition shall include doors, windows, metal frames, hardware, masonry, floor covering, ceiling tile and relocation of HVAC diffusers and grilles.; 2. The existing building will be occupied by summer students and staff during this work. All work shall be coordinated in advance with the school representative.; 3. The buildings shall be secured at the end of each days work through-out the project.; 4. New doors and hardware shall match the existing adjacent doors and hardware in style and finish.
