Specifications include, but are not limited to: School Based Mental Health Services to be provided under the awarded contract shall include but not be limited to: a. Assessment, b. Prevention, c. Early Intervention, and d. Treatment. Qualified offerors are encouraged to submit a proposal addressing how your firm will at a minimum accomplish the following tasks: 1.1. Provide services at the Alternative Suspension Program (ASP) locations for students that may need mental health services. 1.2. Provide a mental health and substance abuse intensive outpatient program for adolescents that include intensive outpatient substance abuse counseling of 6 to 9 hours. 1.3. Provide psychiatric medication management 1.4. Provide psychiatric evaluations 1.5. Provide substance abuse evaluations 1.6. Provide individual and family therapy/ consultation with school staff 1.7. Provide In–home therapy 1.8. Provide bi-lingual services 1.9. Provide an atmosphere of cultural competency/diversity 1.10. Provide family peer support 1.11. Provide trauma informed care 1.12. Provide crisis stabilization 1.13. Individual counseling and therapy sessions 1.14. Group counseling and support groups 1.15. Crisis interventions 1.16. Psychoeducational workshops and presentations 1.17. Provide how you will ensure that all services will be provided by licensed mental health professionals (counselors must be masters level licensed eligible). 1.18. Provide how you will identify no less than five (5) data points to measure success 1.19. Provide information utilized to assist with data collection and interpretation
