The Contractor shall provide, prepare, and deliver catering services for lunch meals for an event on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, to 2150 Sontag Road, Rocky Mount, Virginia 24151 for buffet style service to start at 11:30 AM EST. The reschedule date will be September 18, 2025, if needed. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS; 1. The Contractor shall serve the food items. 2. The Contractor shall provide tables and tablecloths for four (4) service lines for the food and drink service as follows: a. Service lines shall be four (4) rows of four (4) eight (8) foot tables; b. Service lines shall be on both sides of the tables; 3. The Contractor shall provide an adequate number of individuals to restock buffet lines of food and drink items to ensure a continuous flow of people being served. 4. The Contractor shall provide disposable containers for leftover food to be left with VDOT. 5. The Contractor shall accommodate any food allergies or intolerances. A list of allergies and intolerances will be sent 2 weeks prior to the event date.
