1. The Contractor shall provide, prepare, and deliver catering services for lunch meals for OneVDOT on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, to 2150 Sontag Road, Rocky Mount, Virginia 24151 for buffet style service to start at 11:30 AM EST. 2. The Contractor shall provide enough tables and tablecloths for four (4) service lines for the food and drink service. 3. The Contractor shall provide individuals to restock buffet line food and drink items. 4. The Contractor shall accommodate any food allergies or intolerances. A list of allergies and intolerances will be sent 3 weeks prior to the event date. 5. The Contractor shall provide menu options with eVA Bid Submission. 6. The venue does not offer kitchen prep areas, refrigeration, or water. An outside water spigot is available for non-potable water. 7. VDOT will provide a 20ft x 40ft canopy tent for the buffet lines. 8. The Contractor shall provide a Business License with eVA Bid Submission.
