The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, supervision, supplies, equipment, insurance and licenses required to perform the services. a. Dock space for eighteen (18) 420 class boats. b. Dock space and/or water mooring space for 4 chase boats. c. Dock space and/or land storage space for 3 Laser class sailboats d. Ability to launch fleet and have immediate access to practice and competition sailing. e. Accessible within a 20-mile drive from the Christopher Newport University campus. f. Sail storage space for 18 sets of sails and rudders. g. Water hookup on docking area for washing sails and boats. h. Storage space for 12 buoy marks. i. Space for indoor classroom work with internet access, space for white boards and/or A/V equipment for instruction. j. Access for locker room and toilet facilities k. Space for two (2) storage sheds that will be owned and maintained by CNU. (1-10ft x 8ft and 1-8ft x 12ft ) l. Availability to host two regattas in the fall and two regattas in Spring each year hosting up to 17 collegiate teams. Parking space and race facilities for each event. m. Indoor space to work on and maintain boats.
