Product supplied by the successful bidder shall demonstrate compliance with all requirements specified below. a) Product Description: a. Sodium hypochlorite shall have the concentrated dilution of 7% b) Estimated need: Approximately, 100,000 gallons per year at 7% Sodium Hypochlorite solution c) Hauling, delivery and unloading of Sodium Hypochlorite shall be provided in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulation to the WPCB. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, personnel, and any other permits, fees, expenses, laboratory analyses, sundries, etc. Necessary to fully perform in a complete, efficient, and expeditious manner the safe delivery, sampling, and unloading of Sodium Hypochlorite to the WPCB, described in the Contract Documents and as required by the Project officer or designee. d) Delivery: Delivery shall be made in pneumatic type vehicles equipped with uploading and fill pipe equipment, equipped with a 2” camlock connector.
