Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The 2-Stage reversing pushframe shall be fabricated from 4” x 4” x 3/8” structural tubing. Two (2) 3/4” and two (2) 1-1/4” thick connecting lugs, spanning 87-7/8”, shall be welded to the 4” x 4” x 3/8” drive tube of the 2-Stage pushframe. These lugs serve as the connection points to the moldboard. b. Three (3) 1-1/4” cold rolled steel pins shall connect the moldboard to the pushframe. c. Four (4) 1/2” lugs, spanning 60” shall be welded to the drive tube of the 2-Stage pushframe. These lugs serve as the attach points for two (2) brace arms. d. Two (2) 5/8” lugs shall be used to mount each of the two (2) DA 3 x 14 cylinders to the drive tube. The cylinders will be mounted using (2) 1” grade 8 bolts. e. Two (2) 3/4” lugs shall be welded to the drive tube for lift group attachments. f. A 5/8” plate shall be welded to the drive tube where steering arms (discussed in tyne assembly pushframe) bolt. g. Two (2) brace arms constructed by welding two (2) 1/2” plates to one (1) 3/4” plate. The brace arms shall be pinned to both the moldboard and the pushframe using a 1” pin. h. The tyne assembly pushframe shall have a drive tube constructed using 2-1/2” x 2-1/2” x 3/16” square tubing. i. The tyne drive tube shall have two (2) 2-1/2” x 2-1/2” x 3/16” square tube welded to create an A-frame structure. j. Two (2) truss-like members of 2-1/2” x 2-1/2” x 3/16” shall be placed at the high stress areas.
