General Information The objective of this contract is to secure service providers that have a history of successful production of custom quality commercial signs and graphics specifically for the transportation industry. Scope of Services The Contractor shall custom design, produce, and project manage work in the Contractors facility. The Contractor shall have the ability to produce, install, and remove any work that is needed by Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) within a two (2) day notice and have the capability to handle projects of any size and complexity. The Contractor shall be responsible for repairing any signage that is altered from vandalism, accidents, and weather related damages. The full service signage company shall have current technology and hardware and a full knowledge of signage types and the appropriate implementation methods. The Contractor shall be required to have access to a high speed file transfer service to enable HRT to send and receive information. Signage includes, but is not limited to, wraps and posters for all modes of transportation offered by HRT (i.e. bus, light rail train, ferry, outdoor shelters, and platforms).
