Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose and intent of this formal Invitation for Bids is to establish a contract withone qualified source, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor" that can fabricate museumquality exhibit graphics as specified herein to the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation. A. The Agency will:1. Provide electronic graphic design files, reproducible images if necessaryand a final inventory of images used.B. The Contractor shall:1. Prepare, from electronic design files provided by the Agency, all graphicproduction files, including the substitution of high resolution scans for FPO(for position only) scans provided in the design files (if necessary). Contractorwill provide moderate re-touching of scanned images where needed.
