Contractor shall make all efforts to maintain integrity of the existing finished gym floor. Any damage to the gym floor will be the responsibility of the contractor to pay and coordinate the repairs with gym flooring contractor. Contractor shall remove all parts of existing bleachers and remove from the gym as designated below. Contractor shall remove and stack all bleacher boards in an area designated at the Scott County Career and Technical Center located 1/2 mile away at 387 Broadwater Ave, Gate City VA 24251 for Scott County Public Schools to maintain ownership of all bleacher boards. The bleachers are on one side of the gym and side with 11 rows covering 1,827sf. Contractor shall remove all mechanical, and structural framework of all bleachers and dispose of the material as needed. Contractor is responsible for all equipment required for the demolition work to remove all parts and material that is a part of the bleacher assembly from the gym and school property. The gym floor shall be left in a swept clean condition when the work is complete.
