Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Invitation To Bid is to establish a contractual services agreement to provide Security Services for the Division of Administration, Bureau of General Services, as specified herein. Security services will be performed at the Doyle Conner Complex located at 3125 Conner Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida. Unarmed security shall consist of one man shifts. The contractor shall be responsible for scheduling their personnel in whatever manner they deem necessary so long as each shift period specified in this contract is fully covered. The security agency shall be responsible for providing a guard at all scheduled times at the Doyle Conner Complex, and shall cover absences of security personnel from the Contractor's personnel pool. 2. The security officer shall be in a clean, neat, full uniform at all times while on duty. 3. The security agency shall communicate via telephone with the assigned security officer for each shift to insure that the officer is present and on duty at the required location(s). 4. The on-site security officer shall be responsible for complying with all reporting requirements deemed necessary by the Contract Manager. Currently, the reports required by the Contract Manager are security officer reports. The security agency shall supply these forms and instruct security personnel in how to complete the forms. 5. The security agency shall cooperate fully with the local law enforcement and Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services' law enforcement personnel. 6. The security agency shall have a class "B" license and all security officers that work for the agency shall have a class "D" license in accordance with chapter 493.6301 Florida Statutes. 7. Security agency shall be bonded (including all guards assigned to this contract) and proof of bonding shall be provided with bid response. 8. The security agency shall be fully responsible for the actions and appearance of its employees while on duty.
