Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Williamsburg Area Transit Authority (WATA) will receive sealed bids to expand and/or add new low voltage systems to enhance the security at its facility at 7239 Pocahontas Trail in Williamsburg, Virginia. These enhancements and additions include the addition of a new IP video system and the demolition of the existing analog DVR system, expansion of the existing access control system, and expansion of the existing intrusion detection security system. The requirements for these systems are fully detailed and explained in project drawings and specifications. It shall be the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that the products provided are fully compliant to the requirements of the specifications and drawings. All bid submittals will be reviewed for compliance to the project documents and any that do not comply may be ruled non-responsive and disregarded
