This is a list of all items that the schools wish the vendor to include in an agenda book. The school will evaluate all proposals and allow for printing variations to a reasonable degree due to vendor layout differences. • Approximately 2,500 complete student editions for all schools (actual order will depend on enrollment) • Plastic spiral binding with color choice • 8.5 x 11 page size • Full color custom color front cover • Custom back cover • Option for custom handbook pages • Company-created student agenda pages to include: o Directory/phone page o Record of achievement for recording grade o Educational aid pages such as maps, table of contents, grammar rules, math equations/rules, etc. o Daytimer o Space provided for weekly spelling lists • 3 hole punched to fit into binder • An option for agenda binders at the middle school (~900 students) – A 3-ring binder with a calendar in it, so that papers can be put into the folders within the binder.
