Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Support entire SAP landscape as needed to include the various SAP servers, Netweaver components, ADS, ABAP Web Dynpro web applications, RFC communications, BSI, email, etc. • Perform quarterly systems health check and system performance optimization. • Provide guidance and support for capacity planning and system maintenance for hardware, database, and system levels. • Perform SAP system and component updates; i.e., Support Packs, Kernel updates, Netweaver components, ADS, for all SAP systems in landscape including Solution Manager • Assist as needed with database and operating system upgrades • Support the annual Support Pack cycle. The schedule is generally identified by July and the cycle starts with Solution Manager and Netweaver software components in September. Support Packs are generally applied to Production the weekend following Christmas. • Perform system refreshes from backups and client copies.
