The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 on behalf of Salem, VA Medical Center is conducting Market Research through this sources sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Businesses, capable of providing Integrated Pest Management services, but not limited to, the following: Maintain and promote safe, efficient and environmentally sound strategies, preventing or controlling disease vectors and other pests that may adversely affect health, impede operations or damage property. Fully comply with all appropriate laws and regulations i.e. OSHA, Title 29 code of Federal regulations (CFR) 1910.20, Access to employee exposure and medical records; 29 CFR 1910.132, Personal Protective Equipment; 29 CFR 1910.134, Respiratory Protection; 29CFR 1910.1200, Hazard Communication and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), involving pesticide use and other pest control procedures.
