Amendment 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to correct the first sentence of the Performance Work Statement as follows: extermination services to be performed on a monthly basis, and snake and ant deterrent/pesticide should each be applied twice a year.
Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to state that there is no incumbent contractor currently performing the service and to add clauses 52.237-1 Site Visit and GS2109 Scheduling of Site Tour. Solicitation Description - The U.S. Geological Survey, Savannah Field Office has a requirement for extermination services to be performed monthly, and as described in Attachment 1, at 765 Alligator Alley, Hardeeville, SC 29927 (Located on FWS Refugee Facility). Base year 6/01/2025 to 5/31/2026, plus four option years.
Quotes shall provide pricing, on a monthly and annual basis, and technical capabilities to perform the work. This will be a firm fixed-price contract. The basis of award is lowest price technically acceptable (see E.9. Evaluation). Attachment 1 provides performance work statement and schematic. Quote submissions are due on or before 05/20/2025.
The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561710 and size standard is $17.5 million. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract.
