Phase I: Route 17 (0017-099-R85, UPC 117126) Sidewalk Project The Work under this Project consists of: furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, permits, and fees to construct the sidewalk as shown on the Contract Drawings, including but not limited to: Construction of a new 5 foot wide concrete sidewalk, approximately 2000 linear feet in length; Construction of ADA curb ramps; Installation and replacement of drainage culverts; Replacement of existing commercial entrances impacted by the sidewalk construction, in accordance with VDOT standards. Work shall be performed using rapid-setting concrete or a form of quick-dry pavement structure. Work may also be scheduled during weekends/off-peak hours to maintain continuous access to commercial properties; All incidental work thereto as detailed in the Contract Documents; Phase II: Siege Lane (U000-099-R86, UPC 117195) Sidewalk Project The Work under this Project consists of: furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, permits, and fees to construct the sidewalk as shown on the Contract Drawings, including but not limited to: Construction of a new 5 foot wide concrete sidewalk, approximately 1485 linear feet in length; Construction of ADA curb ramps; Replacement of drainage culverts; All incidental work thereto as detailed in the Contract Documents
