Furnish and install new elevator controller/selector system. - Furnish and install new elevator car operating panel with position indicator, pushbuttons, key switches, service cabinet, fireman’s service cabinet, ADA compliant elevator emergency telephone/communications system, and associated labeling, signage, and braille plating. - Furnish and install new elevator hall call stations with integrated position indicators, pushbuttons, key switches, fire service operation, and associated labeling, signage, and braille plating. - Furnish and install new closed-loop elevator door operation system and associated components. - Furnish and install new elevator hoist motor. - Furnish and install new (flexible) elevator brake coupling. - Furnish and install new elevator hoist rope brake system. - Furnish and install new elevator hoist way limit switches. - Furnish and install new elevator pit area lighting. - Furnish and install new piping, wiring, and ducting, as needed. - Test, permit, and inspect, as required.
