CASC is seeking bids from hotels ONLY (no event planners) with on-site conference facilities, including lodging, direct meal services, and conference rooms. Read the Scope of Services document (provided) carefully for details. Bids must be submitted in eVA. This bid request covers hotel accommodations for two nights, meeting space for two days, break-time beverages, hot breakfast and lunch, a hospitality room for networking, Wi-Fi, and parking. The event will take place in May 2026 in Roanoke, VA, for approximately 20 attendees (estimate) and staff. The final attendee count will be confirmed prior to the event. Resort-style amenities are preferred, and the hotel location should be convenient for pedestrian access to the Roanoke City Market.
