Specifications include, but are not limited to: Approximately 2,500 tons of Sodium Chloride Bulk (Road Salt) for de-icing roads may be used for the FY21 winter season. Since we have no way of anticipating quantities that will be needed, the quoted price shall be for each delivered ton. The successful Bidder warrants that all goods provided shall conform with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. Price shall include delivery to the Town of Front Royal Public Works at 800 Crosby Road Front Royal, VA 22630. The chemical shall conform to the VDOT specifications for Sodium Chloride. Additionally, Bidders shall submit a Letter of Assurance on their company letter head that affirms that the quoted material meets all specifications stated within. This Letter of Assurance shall be submitted with their bid. An MSDS shall be provided with the first shipment.
