A. Maintenance and Repair Services 1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, components, materials, parts, and all incidentals, as necessary, to fully maintain and repair Richmond Public Schools (RPS) existing and yet to be acquired commercial kitchen equipment and kitchen appliances on an "as-needed" basis and in accordance with: a. manufacturer service manuals; and b. all terms, conditions, provisions, and schedules of this IFB. 2. A list of known RPS commercial kitchen equipment and kitchen appliances is attached to this IFB as Attachment A - RPS Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Kitchen Appliances as of February 6, 2025 (Attachment A). RPS kitchen equipment and kitchen appliances to be maintained and repaired include but are not limited to: a. Booster Heaters b. Combi Ovens c. Commercial Dishwashers d. Convection Ovens e. Garbage Disposals f. Industrial Mixers g. Kettles h. Milk Boxes i. Ovens j. Reach-in Coolers k. Reach-in Freezers l. Serving Lines m. Walk-in Refrigerators n. Walk-in Freezers
