Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority seeks a consultant to conduct an independent review of the configura�on of the alarm monitoring panels across the Authority’s en�re por�olio of retail loca�ons and regional administra�ve offices. Virginia ABC currently has 399 retail loca�ons and 8 regional administra�ve offices distributed across the Commonwealth of Virginia that are equipped with a mixture of IP-aware and obsolete dial-up alarm panels that were supplied by the current vendor and are locked to that provider. Every loca�on features broadband network connec�vity with SD-WAN based cellular network failover, a robust Cisco Meraki SDN internal LAN, VoIP phones and a mixture of legacy analog video surveillance and Cisco Meraki cloud connected IP cameras. Addi�onally, each Authority retail loca�on is equipped with an intrusion alarm system to monitor doors for intrusion and glass for breakage as well as mo�on detecon for �mes when the stores are not occupied by employees. The current alarm monitoring vendor supplies alarm condi�on monitoring and will no�fy par�es designated by Virginia ABC in the event of a posi�ve alarm condi�on.
