The need has been identified by TCPS for bathroom renovations at its three high schools (the “Project”). Schedule A (Project Background Information), which is attached to this RFP and incorporated by reference into this RFP, provides additional background information regarding the Project. The architectural, engineering, and related services to be provided in response to this RFP will include the full range of such services through all five phases of design and construction (schematic design phase, design development phase, construction documents phase, bidding or negotiation phase and construction contract administration phase) and additional services if requested. TCPS reserves the right to alter the Project from the contemplated construction and design at any time after the issuance of this RFP or resulting contract if TCPS determines, in its sole discretion, that such alteration is in the best interest of TCPS. TCPS also reserves the right to complete, at any time during the Project, any portion(s), phases(s), or aspect(s) of the Project itself or by using more than one architectural and/or engineering firm during any portion(s), phases(s), or aspect(s) of the Project. TCPS may exercise its rights hereunder without having to reissue an RFP.
