1. Wall Finishes: Install wall furring as needed. Apply insulation (rigid or batt). Install gypsum board and finish to a paint-ready surface. Apply decorative wall finishes as specified (paint, tile, etc.). 2. Ceiling System: Supply and install a suspended (drop) ceiling system throughout designated areas. Install 2' x 2' LED light fixtures in the grid ceiling per the lighting layout. 3. Electrical: Provide and install all required electrical devices, including receptacles, switches, cover plates, and wiring. Ensure electrical systems are in compliance with code and coordinated with ceiling and wall finishes. 4. Bathroom Scope: Install all ADA-compliant plumbing fixtures, including toilet, sink, and accessories. Install grab bars, mirror, towel dispenser, soap dispenser, and other required ADA compliant accessories. Ensure all clearances and heights meet current ADA standards.
