PIC (PIH Information Center) The Richmond Redevelopment Housing Authority (RRHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide professional services related to Public and Indian Housing Information Center (PIC) data cleanup, and assistance in catching up on late recertifications. The selected firm(s) will assist RRHA in maintaining compliance with HUD regulations and improving operational efficiency as well as train staff. PIC Cleanup Services • Review and reconcile discrepancies within the HUD Public and Indian Housing Information Center (PIC) system. • Review the HUD PIC Error Database and provide weekly and monthly reports to RRHA Public Housing Leadership • Correct and update tenant and unit data to ensure compliance with HUD reporting standards. • Provide staff training and recommendations for maintaining PIC data accuracy. • Assist with creating standard operating procedures (SOP) and standard operating schedules (SOS) Assistance with Late Recertifications • Assist in processing overdue tenant recertifications to bring RRHA Public Housing files into compliance with HUD regulations and ensure a min reporting rate of 98%. • Review and verify income, asset, and expense documentation. • Train RRHA staff in best practices for timely and accurate recertifications. • Assist with creating standard operating procedures (SOP) and standard operating schedules (SOS)
