The new work to roof areas A, B, and C are repairs only and not reroofing work. Repairs to roof area A requires the removal and reinstall of precast copings due to deteriorated joint sealant. New flashing, termination bars, joint sealants, as well as new PVC flashing at ports will be added to the new precast coping repair. Roof Area B existing coping caps also has deteriorated joint sealants and open coping joints that require the removal and install of new aluminum copings. Roof area C requires general repairs including treating and painting rusted equipment, power-washing stains and debris, repairs at roof gables joints, and install new retrofit roof hatches. Below roof area C water penetration is present at curved soffits and at APC watertable. The soffit repair includes the removal of the soffit gypsum and replace with aluminum soffit. Repairs to the APC watertable will require a waterproofing coating. At indicated repair areas that includes sections of brick wall will require power-washing.
