The purpose of this Quick Quote is to establish a contract with one (1) Contractor to remove existing 8” hose assembly, guide legs and guide bushing assembly and install new parts furnished by DOC to repair the flotation to the SBR 2 Ballast Decanter at the St. Brides Correctional Center Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 701 Sanderson Road, Chesapeake, VA 23322. DOC shall: Furnish the 8” hose assembly, guide legs, guide bushing bracket assembly, gaskets, nuts, washers and hex head cap screws. Contractor shall: Install parts provided by DOC. Provide all tools, labor, equipment, materials and supervision to complete the installation of the above parts. The start date for the work to begin as mutually agreed by both parties to allow for the basin to be partially drained.
