The scope of this project is to completely gut and replace the existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, as well as improve and expand individual kennel cells to meet square footage requirements per the Kennel Design Guide. The existing HVAC system does not supply enough air changes as required per the Kennel Design Guide and has led to terrible odor and health concerns. The current system will be replaced with a Dedicated Outside Air System (DOAS) that will meet the required air changes. Currently, the building exists only on single phase power; part of DOAS installation will be the required installation of three-phase power to the building from a nearby switch.
The Magnitude of Construction Project: Estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 (See Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(f)).
Foreign participation will not be authorized for this requirement.
All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
