Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Vendor shall provide 3 each John Deere or equivalent 100 HP tractors to include 4X4, enclosed cab w/air conditioning & 3 remote hydraulic valve hookup to accommodate batwing attachment. Tractors of 2020 or newer year model with 1000 operational hours or less will be considered. • Vendor will provide all maintenance and repair services and insurance coverage for the duration of the rental period. • Agency requires delivery within 5 business days of purchase order issuance and the vendor shall coordinate delivery with Mr. Edward Lewis @ 434-480-9873 Tractors shall be delivered to and picked up from Roads & Grounds Building #564 located on "D" Avenue, Fort Barfoot, Blackstone, VA 23824 • Agency personnel, along with vendor delivery personnel will inspect the equipment upon delivery and again upon pick up. Any damages must be addressed at the time of pick up or delivery. • Vendor shall provide mobile service and repair capabilities within a two (2) hour travel distance of Fort Barfoot, Blackstone, VA 23824. Non-Serviceable equipment shall be replaced with like kind equipment Not Later Than the next scheduled business day.
