Renovation and fit-out of spaces to accommodate a PPE, Cleaning Facility for Loudoun County Fire and Rescue (LCFR), and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) support spaces. The General Contractor shall be responsible for the safety and security of tenants, visitors, Loudoun County staff, and the public throughout the Project’s construction phase. The Project is directly adjacent to occupied areas of the overall facility that must remain operational for both County and tenant use throughout the duration of construction activities. The renovations are intended to provide an on-site, fully functional cleaning facility for LCFR PPE, thereby eliminating the current reliance on off-site, third-party cleaning services. PPE to be cleaned may include, but is not limited to, jackets, pants, and breathing apparatus components.
