Scope of Work: 1. The successful bidder shall provide to the City of Roanoke efficiency accommodations including the following: a. Efficiency accommodations shall include one king bed or two double/queen bed, stovetop cooking capability, kitchen or kitchenette, and bath. b. Accommodations shall be located on or near City bus routes. c. Accommodations must be located within City of Roanoke limits. d. Accommodations must have on-site laundry facilities. e. Accommodations must be available in smoking and non-smoking. f. Accommodations shall include handicapped accessible rooms as needed in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, 24 CFR Part 8, Title II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. 2. Suite accommodations shall include one-bedroom suite with one king bed or two double/queen bed, stovetop cooking capability kitchen or kitchenette, and bath. b. Accommodations shall be located on or near City bus routes. c. Accommodations must be located within City of Roanoke limits d. Accommodations must have on-site laundry facilities. e. Accommodations must be available in smoking and non-smoking. f. Accommodations shall include handicapped accessible rooms as needed in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, 24 CFR Part 8, Title II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. 3. Damages to rooms shall be the responsibility of the occupant. The City will not be responsible for charges related to damages and/or cleaning.
