The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Building. Design and construction of a one-story, 40’ x 100’ pre-engineered steel storage and early voting building. a. A “Preliminary Building Floorplan” drawing is included as part of the Contract Documents. Contractor shall work with Owner and prepare a Final Building Design for the pre-engineered building, sufficient for obtaining a Building Permit and for construction of the building. The final design shall meet the following criteria: i. Overall simple rectangular footprint of 40’x100’. ii. Structural layout shall avoid interior columns to maximize storage and the ability to maneuver equipment inside the building. Eave height shall be 14’. iii. Walls and roof system shall be corrugated metal, insulated, and of a type, style, and color selected by the Owner from standard colors. iv. Building shall include one 8’ x 10’ overhead rollup door with motorized openers and safety sensors. v. There shall be one full height steel stud and GWB (1/2”) wall separating the storage area from the early voting area. vi. Contractor shall provide and install personnel doors as shown on the preliminary floor plan. Contractor shall coordinate with owner’s security contractor for installation of badge readers at all exterior man doors. vii. HVAC.
