Mowing twice monthly from March (if needed) through October. Contractor shall provide all grass cutting and weed-eating before 8:00 am or af1er 5:00 pm M - F or on weekends/state holidays. All lawn surfaces to be mowed as per schedule above to maintain a neat appearance. Clippings to be removed or mulched. Any heavy concentrations of clippings to be blown off or dispersed. All parking area. sidewalks and walkways and curbs to be cleaned immediately after cutting. All litter or debris to be removed prior to mowing. Trash shall not be cut up by mowers. Any/all areas that cannot be cut with a mower shall be trimmed with a string trimmer. Herbicide Application: Herbicide shall be used in the permeable paver/gravel areas of the parking lot, sidewalks, concrete and blacktop surfaces, perimeter of buildings. Herbicide shall be applied up to three (3) times per year during the most effective summer months to maintain a neat appearance, at the discretion of management. Shrubs/Tree Maintenance: All shrubs shall be pruned once yearly keeping a neat appearance, all walk areas clear; All trees shall be pruned/cut back to prevent overgrowth impediment of lawn areas, walkways, fenced areas, buildings, and enclosures. All debris from the pruning shall be cleaned up and removed from site. All pruning shall be completed following accepted horticultural practices. Fall Cleanup: Contractor shall perfom1 a fall clean-up in early November to remove leaves. twigs and other landscape debris from all turf surfaces. walkways. and parking areas. Debris to be removed from site. Within 24 hours of each site visit, contractors shall email photo proof that work was completed to the requirements set forth in this scope of work. Invoices must be submitted the first week of the month following service and shall reflect: Location, month of service, services conducted, and current PO number.
